The second house of the Lord in Orange County, California, will be dedicated June 7 by the second counselor in the First Presidency.

The first house of the Lord planned for northern Idaho is undergoing initial site preparation work like installing underground utility infrastructure.

One of seven houses of the Lord in various stages in the country, the Rosario temple will be the first in the province of Santa Fe.

The Cody Wyoming Temple will be dedicated Oct. 25, and the Wichita Kansas Temple on Nov. 1.

The new temple is the first to be announced outside the United States since President Dallin H. Oaks became President of the Church.

The Rapid City South Dakota Temple will be built in the city of South Dakota’s first stake.

Construction and grounds workers at Harare Zimbabwe Temple accepted the gospel and were among first to do temple work there.

“I have been looking forward to this opportunity to see firsthand the progress of this important project,” said President Dallin H. Oaks, who’s recovering from a recent hip replacement surgery.
